There was a time in my corporate life when I believed feeling tired was just part of life. The long days, endless screens, and late nights — all adding up to that quiet exhaustion that became too familiar. Do you love walking barefoot on the beach? I love it! Strangely enough, it’s one of the few places — besides the grass — where I feel completely at ease walking barefoot. Many times, as the waves wash over my feet and the sun warms my skin, I feel… more alive. It’s not just relaxation — it’s reconnection. Nature has a language my body understands better than any quick fix ever could. My thoughts often drift back to childhood, to those days when I’d study and read under the fruit trees in our back garden — feeling the breeze, hearing the birds, and soaking in that peaceful calm energy.
